How do I reserve my party and how much advance notice do you need?
Reservations can be made by calling us or by stopping in. We require a $100 deposit when making reservations; the balance of your party will be paid the day of the event. Weekends book up quickly. We recommend at least 30 days notice to be sure you get your preferred time slot, however, we always do our best to accommodate last minute requests. We highly recommend weekday parties to enjoy a more private setting. On Mondays we only book Adventure and Ultimate parties so you get the entire facility to yourself!
What if I cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable, however, if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the event, we allow you to reschedule. We always do our best to accommodate special situations.
Can I bring in Food or Drinks?
Fun Factor does not allow any food or beverages to be brought into the facility. We always offer snacks, ice cream and drinks, and on weekends we have pizza delivered fresh.
What ages can play at Fun Factor?
Fun Factor caters to children from 2 to 99. We have a 2500 sq ft section exclusively for toddlers. During most hours we allow 2 year olds to 12 year olds. We also allow parents to go into the units with their toddlers, however they can not actively participate in the event. Special time slots will be scheduled and set aside for 13-17 year olds as needed. We strongly advise that teens call in advance before coming. We do occasionally have special events in the evening and thus would not allow teens. We also cater to exclusive teen and adult parties. Inquire at front desk. These are generally later in the evening. Unless this is a private adult/corporate party, NO adults allowed without a child.
Can we do a “Walk in party?”
Sometimes you may only have 5 or 6 children available for your party and may not want to do a formalized event. In this case you can just come in and play. However, please remember that we do NOT allow outside food, beverages or decorations. Walk-in parties will be charged $11 per child, regardless of age, Tuesdays thru Thursdays; and $15 per child, regardless of age, Fridays thru Sundays.
What are your safety rules?
Do not go “against the tide” when navigating through the obstacle course.
No gum, hard candies.
No food or foreign objects allowed in bounces.
Absolutely no running, pushing or pulling.
For the safety of your children, Fun Factor is equipped with video surveillance and recording 24 hours a day.
Do you watch our children?
Yes and no. Our staff watches to make sure children are obeying the rules and playing safely. Unless it is during an organized program designed to leave your children with us, then we do require you or an assigned guardian to be present.
Will we have the Facility to ourselves during our party and do you allow walk ins?
Fun Factor is a large facility and can easily accommodate multiple parties at a time. We try to space the party start times to be at least an hour apart. When we are very busy, we do give the party customers priority and will limit walk-ins. Traditionally this has been between 1 and 4pm on Saturdays. We suggest walk-in customers call first on those days.
What else do we need to know?
Socks are always required.
Hand sanitizers are available throughout the facility.

From I-84 East or West take Exit 7, go straight and through the first light; Fun Factor will be on the left. From Brookfield/Danbury take Federal Road North to the end. Make a right at the light onto Route 7 North, Fun Factor will be on the left. From New Milford and points North, take Rte. 7 South, we are located just south of the Faith Church.
